People say Senna’s driving style wouldn’t be compatible these days with the latest rules and regulations. Watch the last three laps – he doesn’t weave! he just knew his cars width and positioned his rear wheels in the right spot each time.

That is because it is Monaco and there is very few overtaking spots and the ones that there are if the lead car moves over 2 feet you cannot pass. Watch how much Senna weaved on tracks where there was more than one racing line.

Simply wonderful work Greg my compliments! I cant myself recall seeing the post-race press conference so kudos for slipping that in towards the end. Another example of why Nigel still has so many passionate fans both young and old to this day, he really had the worst driver’s luck imaginable! lol

I remember watching this race, and still today, the best F1 race Ive ever seen, pure classic. I miss these days, Mansell and Senna dueling. Happy days.
